Passion and tradition blend perfectly with the terroir we call home. Chef Alessandro del Mastro, a soul from Campania with a Tuscan heart, let nature guide him with dishes that celebrate the flavors and aromas of Tuscan cuisine.
Our recipes evolve with the seasons favoring fresh and high-quality ingredients from local producers. From the selection of cheeses from Podere Il Casale, to the meat from the Macelleria Mencarelli, up to Paolo Parisi’s eggs, each dish tells the story and richness of our territory.

Our wine list is a tribute to the territory that welcomes us.
We offer a vast selection of the best vintages from the Mastrojanni winery together with a representative selection of the excellence of Montalcino. From local icons to the most renowned producers to emerging realities, we created this selection thanks to Federico’s enthusiasm for Sangiovese and the desire to share his passion.
The Restaurant opens onto an enchanting terrace which offers an overwhelming view of our vineyards and the infinity pool. During the warmer months you can enjoy this scenario while tasting the dishes from our cuisine.
The interiors were projected by the contemporary artist Vittorio Corsini from Cecina. You will be welcomed by a cozy atmosphere thanks to bright colors and design elements in which to immerse yourself while enjoying a glass of wine or simply with a page from a good book.
Lunch is served every day from 12.30pm to 2.00pm, dinner from 7.30pm to 9pm.
