A unique collaboration between Mastrojanni Ristorante & Erbavoglio that combines our Tuscan soul with an unexpected and contemporary vision of fire: Vegetable ember
For one evening, fire meets earth. The team at Erbavoglio, a vegetarian restaurant in Modena with in-depth research into raw ingredients and vegetable processing techniques, will bring a new interpretation of embers to our outdoor kitchen: roots, vegetables, herbs, and greens from our garden reveal unexpected flavors, character, and complexity in the heat of the fire.
An event for curious gourmets and those interested in exploring the local cuisine, in the heart of Montalcino, where vegetables simmer slowly and reveal something new.

Ape Pizza is the summer ritual of Mastrojanni Relais, an outdoor evening in the relais garden with a simple menu of your choice: artisanal appetizers, pizzas, and homemade ice cream. A la carte or set menu, no rush.

Monday on Fire is a table in Mastrojanni’s vegetable garden, a set menu cooked entirely on the Ofyr, the circular brazier that’s the star of the evening. Vegetables from the garden, local meat, smoke, embers and time.
