A series of special dinners with both international and local chefs will transport you through places, scents, and flavors waiting to be discovered.

Contaminazioni V – Chef in Residence with Edoardo Tilli from Podere Belvedere

A unique collaboration between Mastrojanni Restaurant and Podere Belvedere, uniting our Tuscan soul with an uncompromising cuisine of earth and fire.
For one evening, Chianti Rufina meets Montalcino. Chef Edoardo Tilli will bring to our kitchen his exploration of game, wild game, and produce from the garden he tends himself: dishes inspired by memories, reimagined with a contemporary twist, where the grill tells the story of a Tuscany that is changing while remaining true to itself.
An event for the curious and the gourmet in the heart of Montalcino, where earth and fire meet to tell a new story.

APE PIZZA - In our garden
The garden after sunset.
A fire, some dough, and good wine.
Ape Pizza is the summer ritual of Mastrojanni Relais, an outdoor evening in the relais garden with a simple menu of your choice: artisanal appetizers, pizzas, and homemade ice cream. A la carte or set menu, no rush.
No dress code. Just the kind of summer evening you still remember in October.

Monday on fire - In our vegetable garden
It starts with the fire.
Monday on Fire is a table in Mastrojanni’s vegetable garden, a set menu cooked entirely on the Ofyr, the circular brazier that’s the star of the evening. Vegetables from the garden, local meat, smoke, embers and time.
