At Varrone, the grill is the undisputed protagonist of menus with cuts of meat from all over the world, each with its own cooking method. Their philosophy? After last year’s success, Fernando and Lisandro will return during our harvest. Thanks to the places and flavors experimented for years, the two brothers will contaminate the “à la carte” menu of our restaurant with fusion – Mediterranean cuisine.
