A unique collaboration between Mastrojanni Ristorante & OFYR that blends our Tuscan culinary soul with fire, raw ingredients, and the joy of coming together. For this special event, we are honored to welcome Michael Koenig along the Ofyr team, who will cook for us using select meats, vegetables from our garden, and much more.
OFYR is much more than just a grill: it is a design object created for outdoor cooking in a convivial way, celebrating the simplicity of ingredients and turning every meal into a shared experience.

Fernando and Lisandro Damonte return to Mastrojanni to celebrate the end of the harvest, bringing with them a wealth of experiences, flavors, and cultural influences collected through years of travel and culinary exploration.
The two brothers will reinterpret the cuisine of our restaurant through a Mediterranean fusion lens, creating an original menu that will accompany a Mastrojanni wine selection: 1988, 1998, 2008, and 2018.
Originally from Argentina, Fernando found his first passion in pastry-making and made gastronomy his way of life, traveling through Uruguay, Spain, France, Greece, and Morocco in search of aromas, traditions, and techniques to reinvent.
Lisandro, born and raised in Buenos Aires, trained in Spain and Greece, where he developed his unique vision of fusion cuisine—blending Italian, Spanish, and French influences with a contemporary twist.
Today, the Damonte brothers take their style around the world through pop-up dinners and international collaborations, and we are thrilled to welcome them back to Mastrojanni. They will also be with us on October 26, 28, 30 (lunch only), and 31 with an à la carte menu.

Self-taught, a traveler and experimenter, Tomei has made curiosity his most powerful technique.
From curing egg yolks in tomato water to infusing earth and water, from cooking roots under salt to suspending pigeon above a hot plate, every gesture is an act of exploration.
The Chef brings to Mastrojanni his wild philosophy: for him, cooking means listening to nature and translating it into emotion without overexplaining it: olive oil, wild herbs, game, the sea, seasonality, and truth.
