A unique collaboration between Mastrojanni Ristorante & OFYR that blends our Tuscan culinary soul with fire, raw ingredients, and the joy of coming together. For this special event, we are honored to welcome Michael Koenig along the Ofyr team, who will cook for us using select meats, vegetables from our garden, and much more.
OFYR is much more than just a grill: it is a design object created for outdoor cooking in a convivial way, celebrating the simplicity of ingredients and turning every meal into a shared experience.

When creativity meets terroir: guest Chef Cristian Tomei and L’Imbuto Restaurant joins our kitchen. He trained by traveling with his surfer friends and the exploring the taverns and gourmet restaurants of the Basque Country, Cuba, Peru, Madagascar, and India. The first restaurant at the age of 27 was opened on the beach, then he moved it to the center of Viareggio and finally to Lucca, where he earned his first Michelin star in 2014.
He loves local ingredients: fish from the Tyrrhenian Sea; meat, dairy products, fruit, and vegetables from Garfagnana; herbs, berries, sprouts, and wild flowers that he picks every day in the pine forest and meadows he has frequented since childhood.
